Mumbai: Man Dies During Homosexual Act, Partner Arrested

A 55-year-old man died while engaging in a homosexual act in the Kalbadevi area of Mumbai. The Lokmanya Tilak (LT) Marg police have arrested the deceased man's homosexual partner in connection with the incident. The accused is alleged to have neither provided medical assistance nor informed anyone when the 55-year-old man lost consciousness. Instead, he fled with the deceased's two mobile phones. Police are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.

 

According to the  Police Source, a man was found unconscious in a house in the Kalbadevi area and was immediately taken to G.T. Hospital. Doctors there declared him dead. Initially, the police registered a case of accidental death, but during the investigation, it was discovered that both of the deceased's mobile phones were missing, raising suspicion.

 

 

Using technical assistance, the police began tracing the location of the missing mobile phones. The phones were found to be in use in the Borivali area. When police investigated there, a 34-year-old man was taken into custody, leading to the full disclosure of the incident. Subsequently, the police arrested the accused and are in the process of recovering the stolen mobile phones.

 

The 34-year-old accused and the 55-year-old deceased met in Kalbadevi. They engaged in a homosexual act, during which the 55-year-old man suddenly lost consciousness. Seeing this, the accused panicked and neither called for medical assistance nor informed anyone. Instead, he took the deceased's two mobile phones, a Samsung and a Vivo, and fled the scene.

 

Initially, the police registered the case as a natural death, but suspicion grew when the deceased's mobile phones were found missing. The police investigation revealed that the 55-year-old man died due to the accused's negligence.

 

A case of death due to negligence has been registered under sections 106(1) and 305 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita.
