Central Railway has declared a mega block on Sunday between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) to Vidyavihar and Thane to Vashi/Nerul. Western Railway has also announced a block between Churchgate and Marine Lines. During the block hours, maintenance and repairs of railway tracks and signals are carried out. As a result, some local train services will be canceled and some will run late.

Impact:During the block hours, local trains on the up and down slow lines will be diverted to the up and down fast lines.Due to the unavailability of platforms, local trains will not be available at Curry Road, Sandhurst Road, Chinchpokli, and Masjid stations.Some services will be canceled and some will be delayed by about 20 minutes.
Trans-Harbour RailwaySection: Thane to Vashi/Nerul Route: Up and Down Time: 11:10 AM to 4:10 PM
Impact:
- Local trains between Thane and Vashi/Nerul/Panvel will be canceled.
- There is no block on the Harbour line, so trains on this route will run as per the regular schedule.
- Western Railway – Borivali to Churchgate

Train Cancellations:To facilitate the installation of the south-side girder for the Wankhede pedestrian bridge between Churchgate and Marine Lines, a special night block has been announced by Western Railway from 1:15 AM on Saturday, 19th April to 4:15 AM on Sunday. The 8:50 PM Borivali-Churchgate local on Saturday and the 4:38 AM Churchgate-Borivali local on Sunday will be canceled.
Some other local trains will be partially canceled.
