Nagpur, March 20

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) veteran Sarkaryavah Bhaiyyaji Joshi will now be relieved of his services, after handling the Sarkaryavah position till the age of 74 years. He has been instrumental and played a key role in expansion and strengthening of RSS. He not only expanded the organisation footprints, but also ensured that RSS becomes a formidable organisation. Joshi extended his greetings to the newly appointed Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale.

Joshi was elected for the first time in 2009 at the Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha and continued on the position till date. During his stint of 12 years, he has been highly successful in reaching out to youths, inspite of being unwell, he discharged his duties.

India tour during Covid pandemic

The RSS Pratinidhi Sabha was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid pandemic, post which he along with Sarsanghachalak Dr Bhagwat visited the entire nations, so that the health of RSS workers should not come in trouble. Joshi himself decided to go to all the states and the relief measures were also carried out under his guidance during Covid pandemic.
