Nagpur, April 28

The mercury has started rising in city. On Wednesday, the day temperature rose by 1.4 degrees to 43.1 degree Celsius. With this, the maximum temperature reached one degree above normal. With just two days left in April, it looks unlikely that the temperature will go down. Apart from Nagpur, mercury has started rising in other districts of Vidarbha.

The maximum temperature was 43.6 degree Celsius in Chandrapur, 43.4 degree Celsius in Wardha and Akola. The night temperature in Nagpur also increased by 0.6 degree to 23.4 degree Celsius.
