Nagpur teams off to winning starts

Nagpur women's recorded 2-0 victory over Gadchiroli whereas men downed BAMU 3-0.

The tournament is supported by MLAVikas Thakre and co-sponsored by WCL & MOIL,

On first day as many as 24 matches were played.

The secretary of Maharashtra Badminton Association Shrikant Vad inaugurated the tournament in the presence of NDBA president Kundatai Vijaykar, vice president Shriram Purohit , secretary Mangesh Kashikar , chief referee Uday Sane, deputy referee Viswas Deswandikar, Milind Deshmukh, Aniruddha Joshi (Match Control), Anant Apte (NDBA treasurer), Bhavana Agrey ( joint secretary ) and EC members Bhavesh Deshmukh and Gurdeep Singh Arora.
