The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA component) has extended the deadline for online application registration and submission for the sale of 502 flats under the 20 percent comprehensive housing scheme across various projects in Nashik. The new deadline is 11:59 PM on March 20, 2025, as announced by Nashik Board Chief Officer Shivkumar Avalkanthe.

The online application registration for the Nashik Board’s housing lottery began on February 7, 2025, at 2:30 PM. As per the revised schedule, applicants can register their applications online until 11:59 PM on March 20, 2025. Registered applicants must complete their application submission by the same deadline.

The deadline for depositing payments online is 11:59 PM on March 21, 2025, with RTGS/NEFT payments accepted until 4:00 PM on the same day. The final list of accepted applications will be published on April 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM on MHADA’s official website: https://housing.mhada.gov.in. The date and time of the lottery draw will be announced later.

Chief Officer Avalkanthe explained that the draw is divided into two components. The first includes 300 flats under the 20 percent comprehensive housing scheme, and interested applicants should visit https://housing.mhada.gov.in to register and submit their applications. Additionally, 202 flats are available under a first-come, first-served scheme. For these flats, applicants must register on https://lottery.mhada.gov.in and pay the required deposit.

An information booklet containing detailed guidelines, rules, and participation procedures for the lottery is available on https://lottery.mhada.gov.in. The board urges all applicants to review this booklet carefully before participating.

Chief Officer Avalkanthe also warned applicants that MHADA has not appointed any representatives, consultants, or property agents for flat distribution. The Nashik Board and MHADA administration will not be responsible for any transactions or fraudulent activities involving third parties. He emphasized that MHADA's IHLMS 2.0 system ensures a transparent, simple, and efficient lottery process, encouraging applicants to participate directly through the official system.
