Nashik Road Accident: 65-Year-Old Man Killed in Head-On Collision with Speeding Car on Gangapur Road

A 65-year-old man riding a two-wheeler was killed in a head-on collision with a speeding four-wheeler in front of Chopra Lawns on Gangapur Road. The deceased has been identified as Vishnu Jairam Shingan, a resident of Joshiwada, Gangapur Road, Nashik.

According to police reports, Shingan was traveling towards Makhamalabad when an unidentified four-wheeler crashed into his bike head-on in front of Chopra Lawns. The impact was severe, causing him to suffer a critical head injury.

Passersby immediately rushed him to Sai Samarth Hospital for initial treatment. Later, he was shifted to Adgaon Medical College for further medical care. Despite the doctors’ efforts, he was declared dead during treatment.

A case of accidental death has been registered at Sarkarwada Police Station, and authorities are investigating to identify the driver responsible for the accident.
