A photo of the late Abhishek Ghosalkar was shared along with the death threat. The message read: “Lalchand Pal, mend your ways. Don’t get his wife killed.” This message was posted in a WhatsApp group named ‘Gareeb Nawaz Niyaz Committee’. Police are currently searching for the individuals who sent the threat.

Abhishek Ghosalkar was murdered in February 2024. A person named Morris Noronha had invited Abhishek to his office for an event. During the event, Morris started a Facebook Live, and while it was still ongoing, he shot Abhishek Ghosalkar. The incident caused widespread shock. Notably, it was claimed that the attacker also shot himself immediately after the attack, committing suicide. However, the Facebook Live did not capture Morris shooting himself.
