Akil, Mishra promoted to DGP rank in Haryana

Chandigarh, June 30 The Haryana Government on Tuesday promoted Additional Directors General of Police Muhammad Akil and RC Mishra to the rank of Director General of Police with immediate effect.

The state also issued transfer and posting orders of 10 IPS and one HPS officers.

PK Agrawal, DGP (Crime), has been posted as DG, Vigilance Bureau, whereas Akil has been posted as DGP (Crime) with additional charge of Director, State Crime Record Bureau, Madhuban.

Likewise, Mishra has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Police Housing Corporation, with additional charge of Director, Forensic Science Lab, Madhuban.

Alok Kumar Roy has been posted as ADGP/M&W PHQ while Shrikant Jadhav has been posted as ADGP, Haryana Narcotics Control Bureau, Panchkula.

KK Rao has been posted as Commissioner of Police, Gurugram while OP Singh has been posted as Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.

Awaiting posting, Vikas Kumar Arora has been posted as IGP, South Range, Rewari.

Y. Puran Kumar, IGP (Prisons) has been posted IGP, Ambala Range.

Krishan Murari has been posted SP, Police Training College, Sunaria in addition to his present duty and Sanjay Ahlawat as Commandant IRB, Bhondsi.
