In a heartfelt demonstration of compassion, Anant Ambani, the son of industrialist Mukesh Ambani, recently captured hearts with his selfless act during his ongoing padayatra from Jamnagar to Dwarka in Gujarat. As he traversed the path, Anant encountered a poultry van carrying broiler chickens destined for slaughter. In a moment that reflected both his love for animals and deep empathy, he immediately took action to save the vulnerable birds. In a video circulating on social media, Anant can be heard speaking in Gujarati, saying, "Ha badu bachavile. Ha badu leyle. Malik ni paisa dede," which translates to, "Save this poultry. Purchase it. Give money to its owner." His words were filled with urgency and kindness as he instructed his associates to buy the birds, ensuring their safety from an untimely fate.

Anant was seen gently pulling a chicken out of the van, holding it with care and tenderness. His concern for the birds was evident as he spoke to his team—most likely his manager—emphasizing the importance of purchasing all the livestock on the van. This act not only saved dozens of chickens from a grim destiny but also highlighted his strong commitment to animal welfare. The padayatra, which began on March 28, spans 140 kilometers, with Anant covering approximately 10-12 kilometers daily. As of now, he has already walked over 60 kilometers. This spiritual journey holds special significance as it coincides with his upcoming 30th birthday on April 10.
