Andhra Pradesh Fire: Major Blaze Erupts Near Ropeway at VMRDA-Kailasagiri Tourism Hill, No Casualties Reported (Watch Video)
A big blaze erupted on VMRDA-Kailasagiri Tourism Hill near the ropeway on March 7 in the afternoon. The person in charge there said that when they saw fumes of fire, they immediately stopped the ropeway operation and cleared the crowd of passengers from the spot.
He said, “Dust was collected and set on fire here every day...Today, a tyre caught fire too and all the scrap was engulfed in fire...We stopped the ropeway and cleared the passengers...We closed this section and called the fire officials.”

The fire brigade reached the spot immediately after receiving the information, and the fire was put out. No casualties were reported in this incident.
