Oil marketing companies have announced a reduction of Rs 41 in the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders, effective from Tuesday, April 1, 2025. In Delhi, the new retail price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder is Rs 1,762. This price cut follows a previous reduction of Rs 7 on February 1. In December, oil companies had increased the prices of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 62.

Oil companies revise LPG prices based on changes in global crude oil rates and other market factors. However, the prices of domestic LPG cylinders, which are used for household cooking, remain unchanged in this revision.

The price revision is expected to affect commercial establishments and small businesses that rely on LPG for their operations, such as restaurants and hotels. While the change is modest, it offers some relief to businesses facing higher operational costs.

  • Mumbai – Rs 1,714.50 (down from Rs 1,755.50)
