A fire broke out in a parked truck in Delhi's Azadpur Mandi on Thursday, April 10. A video shared by the news agency IANS shows the blaze erupting in the vehicle's cabin. Seeing this, chaos ensued in the area as people ran for water to douse the blaze. The truck fire erupted at around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. No casualties or injuries were reported.
Earlier on Monday, a businessman died in a car fire near the Bijwasan Road flyover in Delhi. The 42-year-old man had been identified as Sandeep from Palav Vihar was a transport business man resident of Palam Vihar in Gurugram. He was on his way to home from his RK Puram office when his SUV caught fire.

The Delhi Fire Department received a call at around 10.30 pm on Monday about a car that had burned into flammable material. Two fire engines were sent to the scene and managed to douse the fire by 11:20 pm.
