Delhi: Fire Breaks Out in Sanjay Lake Forest
A fire broke out in Sanjay Lake Forest in New Delhi, officials said on Sunday evening, April 6. The area falls under the jurisdiction of the Pandav Nagar police station. As seen in the visuals, fire department vehicles were present at the scene.

The Delhi Fire Department received a distress call at around 5 pm. on Sunday. Eight fire tenders then rushed to douse the blaze that had broken out in a garbage dump.

"We received a call about the fire at 5 pm yesterday... 8 vehicles are at the spot... The fire broke out in a garbage dump. It will take time to completely douse the fire. However, there is nothing to worry about," said Fire Officer Om Prakash. The fire has been brought under control. Further details are awaited.
