A fire broke out in a factory in Mundka Industrial Area in Delhi on Sunday, June 16. After receiving the information, 35 fire tenders rushed to the spot, and a dousing operation was underway.
According to reports, a blaze erupted on the early hours of Sunday at a cardboard manufacturing factory situated in the Mundka industrial zone in the National Capital. Delhi Fire Services Department said a call was received around 7.17am on Sunday. Upon receiving the information, firefighting units were promptly dispatched to the location to initiate the fire suppression operation.

According to the report, there have been no casualties or injuries yet. In a visual shared by the news agency ANI, black smoke is coming out from the fire site, and firefighters are busy dousing the raging inferno. The exact cause behind the fire was not clear.
According to Delhi Police, following information, local staff immediately reached the spot and found that initially there was a fire on a vacant plot. Later it spread to a nearby factory (LED light).
"Fire tenders in action to extinguish the fire. No one is trapped in the fire. None injured. Local staff is present at the spot," they said.
"We got a call at around 7 AM and when we reached we saw that there was a fire in a factory manufacturing LED lights. The fire has been brought under control. Under 200 firefighters are engaged in dousing the fire. Around 40 fire tenders are present here," said Delhi Chief Fire Officer Virender Singh.
