The General House meeting began late, and tensions flared soon after it started. BJP councillors immediately stood up, demanding a vote and claiming that AAP no longer held a majority in the House. In response, AAP members accused the BJP of "murdering" the Constitution.
A video shared by news agency captured the chaotic scenes, showing councillors from both parties climbing onto tables, tearing documents, and chanting slogans. Amid the uproar, the House was adjourned. No resolution was reached as tensions between the two parties remained high.
