Fire breaks out at Noida Authority's office, inquiry ordered

A fire broke out in the administrative block office of the Noida Authority located in sector-6 on Monday.

A fire broke out in the administrative block office of the Noida Authority located in sector-6 on Monday.

"We informed the security personnel after fire breaks out at the housing department of Noida Authority. The fire is under control," said Chief Fire Officer Arun Kumar.

Due to the fire, the accounts department of the Noida Authority has suffered damages.

The Authority CEO has constituted a committee to look into the matter, which has been directed to submit a detailed report within a week, officials said.

The committed officials will probe on how the fire took place and what kind of documents got burnt in the fire.
