A shocking incident of assault on a toll worker by a woman has emerged from Uttar Pradesh's Hapur district. The scuffle broke out on Sunday morning, April 13, at the Chijarsi toll plaza in Pilkhuwa, following an argument between commuters and toll staff. The situation escalated when a woman entered the toll booth and physically attacked a worker. The entire incident was captured on CCTV, and a video has since gone viral on social media.
According to reports, a car travelling from Delhi to Hapur argued with toll staff over toll charges. The altercation quickly intensified, and police arrived at the scene. In the midst of the chaos, the woman accompanying the passengers entered the booth and slapped the toll worker seven times within four seconds. She was also seen pulling and scratching him.

The family members accompanying the woman also created a disturbance at the plaza, which led to a temporary blockade of the National Highway. After the video went viral, toll plaza authorities released the CCTV footage as evidence. Police are now investigating the incident and say action will be taken based on the footage.

Amit Singh, the project head of the toll plaza, confirmed that the altercation began over toll charges. He also reported that the toll worker sustained serious injuries and demanded strict action for the safety of toll employees.
