In the same context, Gujarat Congress leader Hardik Patel has targeted the Narendra Modi government at the Centre through his tweet. Hardik Patel wrote in a tweet, "What is happening to students in Delhi today, had happened in Gujarat during Patidar Reservation agitation".
He also wrote,''I think it will take some time for some people to understand that India does not belong to anyone's father. Jai Hind.'' Hardik Patel made this tweet on 17 December. Hardik Patel's tweet went viral just hours after tweeting. On the same day, Hardik Patel tweeted, "The BJP used to organize riots to gain power when it was in opposition, and today when it is not able to hold power so it is rioting to mislead the people."
