In a major breakthrough, the CIA-1 unit of the Haryana Police has arrested a drug dealer who had been operating under the guise of a dhaba owner. The suspect, identified as Manoj alias Monu, a resident of Pahladgarh, was caught with 7.5 kilograms of marijuana According to officials, Manoj was intercepted on Dhana Road while he was traveling from Pahladgarh to Dhana Narsan.

The operation was carried out based on intelligence inputs received by the CIA-1 team. “Yesterday evening, the CIA-1 team, led by ASI Pradeep, conducted a raid and recovered 7.5 kg of marijuana from the suspect Manoj, also known as Monu,” said DSP Aryan Chaudhary. “The accused had been using his roadside dhaba as a front for drug trafficking operations.”

The police are now investigating further to identify any network or accomplices involved in the illegal trade. Authorities have reiterated their commitment to cracking down on drug trafficking in the region.
