A woman in Bhiwani, Haryana, allegedly murdered her husband with the help of her lover and put his body in a drain after he caught them in a compromising position. According to a story in NDTV, the incident occurred in March, and the accused woman is Ravina, a social media influencer. The deceased was identified as Praveen. Ravina, the accuser, met Suresh on Instagram and started making videos with him in Premnagar. A CCTV footage of them driving on a bike along with the body has surfaced on social media.
According to the report, Ravina's husband and family did not approve of the content-producing relationship. Despite the disagreement, the couple collaborated on content for about a year and a half. Ravina now has over 34,000 Instagram followers thanks to her short videos and dance clips.
Notably, her YouTube video series featured different artists. She apparently enjoyed creating videos so much that she continued to do so despite Praveen's family's strong disapproval and clashes with her husband. On March 25, Praveen became enraged when he caught his wife and Suresh in an inappropriate position. During this time, the two strangled Praveen with a dupatta (stole) and killed him.
But when Praveen's family enquired about his location, Ravina pretended to know nothing. Later that night, around 2:30 a.m., Ravina and her lover allegedly transported Praveen's body on a bike and deposited it in a sewer some six kilometres away from their home. Police discovered Praveen's decomposing body on March 28, according to the report.

CCTV footage from the roads leading up to Ravina's house showed a person on a bike with a helmet, with the former riding in the backseat with her face covered and Praveen's body between them. Approximately two hours later, surveillance showed the two coming home. Only this time, the body in the centre was missing.
Ravina apparently confessed to the murder after a rigorous interrogation by police. She and Suresh have both been sentenced to prison. Praveen's six-year-old son now lives with his grandfather and uncle.
