Health Ministry: 1074 people cured of COVID-19 in last 24 hours, highest till date

In a media briefing on Monday, Lav Agrawal, Joint Secretary, Health Ministry said, till now, 11,706 people have been cured. In the last 24 hours, 1074 people have been cured. This is the highest number in terms of cured patients noted till date. Our recovery rate is now 27.52%. Total number of COVID19 cases is now 42533: 

India's count of COVID-19 cases has reached 42,533, including 1,373 deaths, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Monday.

2,553 more coronavirus cases were reported and 72 people succumbed to the infection in the last 24 hours.
