Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced 'Janta Curfew’ to be observed this Sunday i.e, on 22nd March 2020. The move is aimed at encouraging public to stay indoors and maintain social distancing, which is essential in the fight against Covid-19.
Staying at home can be pain for some if they are social birds. But at this we all need to pledge to maintain a curfew.
It's a Sunday, and even if one cannot go out, there are other avenues to kill the time.
Here's 5 things that you can do on Janta Curfew:
Exercise: On regular weekends we try to get that extra sleep. But today on Janta curfew try to wake up early and exercise. You need to be fit enough to fight the coronavirus.
