Holi is celebrated across the country with great enthusiasm. But the way Braj Ki Holi is celebrated in Barsana, Vrindavan, Mathura, Nandgaon, and Gokul is not celebrated in any corner of the world. On March 7, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath started the celebration of this rangotsav in Mathura by showering flowers on people.
On March 7, a huge crowd gathered to celebrate the Braj Ki Holi 2025 at Shri Radha Bihari Inter College, where CM Yogi kickstarted the festival.

Braj Ki Holi is played only for the first two days, but the events are held for 40 days. The list of events include:
- Laddu Holi in Barsana on 7th March,
- Lathmar Holi in Barsana on 8th March,
- Lathmar Holi and Rawal's Holi in Nandgaon on 9th March,
- 10 March Holi at the birthplace, Thakur Banke Bihari temple (Phoolo Ki Holi),
- 11th March: Lathmar Holi in Gokul,
- 13 March Village Phalain,
- 15th March Dauji Ka Huranga,
- 16 March Huranga of Nandgaon,
- 17th March Jab Ka Huranga,
- 18 March Charkula Mukhrai,
- 19 March Huranga of village Bathain,
- 20 March Gidoh Huranga,
- 21 March Lathmar Mahavan,
- 22 March Rangji Temple, Vrindavan.

In Dauji Ka Huranga, at Baldev's Dauji Temple, a lively Holi custom is observed with dance and music.
Holika Dahan and Dhulhadi is a day full of colour that follows the symbolic burning of Holika, which represents the triumph of good over evil.
The festival, which provides an insight into the Braj region's spiritual and cultural traditions, draws thousands of tourists annually.
