Kerala Shocker: 24-Year-Old Intelligence Bureau Officer Found Dead on Tracks Pettah Railway Station ; Suicide Suspected

In a tragic incident, a 24-year-old Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer was found dead on a railway track near Pettah railway station near Thiruvananthapuram on Monday. The police suspect the case to be a suicide. The officer, identified as Megha, was a native of Koodal in Pathanamthitta district and had been residing as a paying guest near Pettah, authorities said.

According to the Pettah police, a loco pilot reported seeing a woman jump onto the tracks. Following the incident, Megha’s body was recovered and sent for a postmortem examination. After completing the necessary procedures, her body was handed over to her family.
