Kirit P Sokanki and Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma will lay on the Table the Final Action Taken Statement (Hindi and English versions) of the Government on the recommendations contained in Chapter I and V of Twenty-Seventh Report (16th Lok Sabha) of the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes regarding Action Taken by the Government on the Fifteenth Report (16th Lok Sabha) on 'Reservation for and Employment of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)' pertaining to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Minister Smriti Zubin Irani to move the bill for selection of members for the National Jute Board. "That in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 3 of the National Jute Board Act, 2008, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, two members from amongst themselves to serve as members of the National Jute Board, subject to the other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder."

Harsh Vardhan to move the bill regarding selection of two members to serve on Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology.

"That in pursuance of sub-section (j) of section 5 read with sub-section (1) and (2) of section 6 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, Act, 1980, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, two members from amongst themselves to serve as members of the Institute Body of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, subject to the other provisions of the said Act and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder."

Harsh Vardhan will also give Statement (Hindi and English versions) showing reasons for immediate legislation by promulgation of the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Ordinance, 2019 (No.14 of 2019).

Some Bills to be introduced in the Lok Sabha:

1. The Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Eport, Transport,Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Bill, 2019. Harsh Vardhan to mov for leave to introduce the Bill to prohibit the production, manufacture, import, export, transport, sale, distribution, storage and advertisement of electronic cigarettes in the interest of matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

2. The National Institute of Design (Amendment) Bill, 2019. Som Prakash to move that the Bill to amend the National Institute of Design Act, 2014 as passed by Rajya Sabha to be taken under consideration.Further discussion on 'Air pollution and climat change' raised by Congress' MP Manish Tewari on the November 19, 2019. Union Minister Prakash Javadekar to reply on the discussion around 12.30 p.m.
