A massive fire erupted at a storage unit in Shakkarkhedi village, near Madhya pradesh where pipes intended for use under the government's Jal Jeevan Mission were being kept. The blaze quickly spread, causing significant damage.

Firefighting teams have been working tirelessly to control and extinguish the fire, with efforts ongoing to prevent further destruction. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and investigations are underway.

The pipes stored at the site were part of the government's initiative to provide piped water to rural households under the Jal Jeevan Mission. The loss of these materials could potentially delay the progress of this vital project.
