Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday reiterated his plea to the public to not step out of their homes unnecessarily.
The CM declared the state to be at 'war against the virus', home minister Anil Deshmukh announced to take strict police action against people who will try to flee the quarantine.
