Bhopal, July 16 Two days after a 10-year-old boy stole Rs 10 lakh in less than 30 seconds from a cooperative bank in Madhya Pradesh's Neemuch district, the police on Thursday said that they have beefed up security across the district and intensified their search for the boy involved in the theft.

The police said that on Tuesday, a 10-year-old boy entered a bank in the district's Jawad area during peak hours and walked out with Rs 10 lakh in just 30 seconds, without being noticed by any customer or staff.

The police added that the boy seems to have been used by a 20-year-old man.

Police Superintendent Manoj Rai told that the search for the boy is still on. Many police teams have launched search operations across the district.
