Prayagraj Boat Accident: Boat Carrying 15 Devotees Capsizes Near Arail Ghat, All Rescued Safely (Watch Video)

A boat carrying 15 devotees capsized near Arail Ghat in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj on Monday after colliding with another boat. The collision caused panic among the passengers. All passengers were rescued by local authorities and nearby boats. No injuries were reported.

Superintendent of Police Shwetabh Pandey said an army boat carrying devotees for a holy dip capsized near the selfie point. The SDRF and NDRF responded immediately, ensuring the safe rescue of all 15 passengers.

"We are taking action against those on the other boat. Everyone is safe," Pandey said. Authorities are investigating the incident.
