The annual solar eclipse, the last one of 2019 has begun, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared his excitement about watching the Surya Grahan which is visible in parts of India. However, he said it was unfortunate that he couldn't view the eclipse because of cloud cover. “Like many Indians, I was enthusiastic about #solareclipse2019. Unfortunately, I could not see the Sun due to cloud cover but I did catch glimpses of the eclipse in Kozhikode and other parts on live stream. Also enriched my knowledge on the subject by interacting with experts,” he said on Twitter. Surya Grahan also called Solar Eclipse is a celestial event where the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth. The eclipse will also be visible in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, India, and Singapore.
