Rajasthan: Man gets death penalty for raping minor within a month of crime
In less than a month after the crime was committed and exactly 26 days after police filed the case, a Pocso court in Rajasthan district on Wednesday announced death penalty for the accused.
ANI news agency tweeted," POCSO court announced death penalty for a man who had raped a minor girl. Court declared him guilty after 26 days of filing the complaint. He was punished on 27th day. Court expressed that it was a heinous crime & he deserves death penalty, said the Public Prosecutor. "
