Supriya Dule: Violence in country is a failure of the Home Ministry

With regards to violent protests over the Citizenship amendment act, NCP leader Supriya Sule has criticized Amit Shah saying that the Home Ministry has failed and it should take hold of the situation in the capital.

With regards to violent protests over the Citizenship amendment act, NCP leader Supriya Sule has criticized Amit Shah saying that the Home Ministry has failed and it should take hold of the situation in the capital. She was talking to journalists in Baramati. "This is the first time we have seen such atrocities in the country and the we need peace," she said.

Speaking to the reporters, Supriya Sule said that there should be a proper inquiry into the whole matter of police attacking the students in Delhi . There are many questions and problems in the country which are trying to divert attention away from this. 

Supriya Sule said the violence in Delhi was a failure of the country's home ministry. At the same time, it is important to look at the safety of passengers in view of the burden on the local railway in Mumbai. People's lives are more important than bullet trains. Supriya Sule demanded that the bullet train be funded for the suburbs of Mumbai.
