A devastating fire broke out at a food manufacturing company in Thirumullaivayal, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, causing extensive damage to the building and surrounding areas. Despite swift efforts by the employees to control the blaze, the fire quickly spread, engulfing the entire structure. Emergency services were immediately alerted to the scene, but by the time they arrived, the fire had already caused significant destruction.

The fire, which started in the early hours of the morning, quickly escalated due to the presence of highly flammable materials in the factory. Employees, along with a few local residents, attempted to control the fire using fire extinguishers, but the magnitude of the blaze proved too overwhelming. The flames rapidly consumed the factory’s storage areas, machinery, and raw materials.

Firefighters from nearby stations, including those from the Thiruvallur district, were deployed to the scene. Several fire trucks and personnel worked tirelessly to contain the fire, but due to the intensity of the flames, the building collapsed in parts, making the firefighting operation even more challenging. No casualties have been reported, though some employees suffered minor injuries while attempting to evacuate the building. The cause of the fire remains unclear, but initial reports suggest it could have been caused by an electrical fault or malfunction. The Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services have initiated an investigation into the incident.
