Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde will attend the largest-ever computerized lottery draw in Maharashtra for the “My Preferred CIDCO Home” housing scheme, offering 21,399 homes. The draw will be held at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Mumbai, and will be streamed live, allowing applicants to witness the process from anywhere.
This landmark lottery draw will take place in celebration of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has been constructing homes under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), aimed at providing affordable housing for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Groups (LIG) across various nodes in Navi Mumbai, including Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharghar, Kharghar East (Taloja), Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli. A standout feature of this scheme is that applicants have the flexibility to choose their preferred homes, giving them the opportunity to find a place that truly feels like their own. This initiative will help 21,399 families realize their dream of homeownership.
The lottery draw will be live-streamed on cidcohomes.com, where applicants can log in to their CIDCO Home accounts to check the results. For those who prefer to watch the event in person, live streaming will also be available at the following Experience Centers:
