Traffic Restrictions in Navi Mumbai for Martin Garrix’s ‘World’s Biggest Holi’ Event
Navi Mumbai– The Navi Mumbai Traffic Police have announced traffic restrictions on March 14, 2025, in view of the ‘World’s Biggest Holi’ event featuring international DJ Martin Garrix at Dr. D.Y. Patil Stadium, Nerul. The move aims to ensure smooth traffic flow and security for attendees, VIPs, and performers.
According to a notification issued by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Tirupati Kakade, the movement and parking of all heavy goods transport vehicles will be completely restricted within the Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate limits from 2:00 PM to midnight on the event day.
However, essential service vehicles such as ambulances, fire brigades, police vehicles, government vehicles, and those carrying essential goods will be exempted. Additionally, vehicles with official event management passes will be allowed access.
Traffic Police urge commuters to plan their routes accordingly to avoid inconvenience. Increased traffic management measures will be in place to ensure a seamless experience for event attendees.
