5. Turmeric is always present in our daily food. But it is better to take milk and turmeric to relieve muscle fatigue. Put a pinch of turmeric in milk and boil it and drink hot milk. The anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties present in turmeric help to reduce body pain quickly.
