Fenugreek is beneficial for digestion and is also rich in fiber content, so it is beneficial in stomach cramps. For this, take curd in a bowl, grind fenugreek seeds in it and mix it well. A little black salt can also be added for taste.
To avoid this problem, it is important to keep drinking enough water. Apart from this, drinking lemonade and ORS solution also gives relief in diarrhea.
The pectin present in bananas works to bind the stomach. The high amount of potassium is present in it.
Carom seed cures stomach cramps and acidity. Its consumption is beneficial in almost all diseases of the stomach. For stomach cramps, fry carom seeds on a griddle. After this, add rock salt or black salt to it and consume it with water in the amount of three grams.
Asafoetida is also a better remedy for stomach cramps. For this, grind two grams of asafetida and swallow it with half a glass of water and consume it.
Radish is also beneficial in case of cramps in the stomach. For this, wash and peel the radish thoroughly and then cut it into small pieces. Now put some black salt or rock salt on these pieces and sprinkle black pepper.
