You may not believe it but mango works to reduce skin wrinkles and signs of aging. According to recent research, eating mangoes helps to prevent wrinkles on the skin and keep the skin fresh.

In 2020, researchers at the University of California, San Diego conducted a study on the Atulfo mango variety. This included women going through menopause. The women were divided into two groups and given a certain amount of mangoes.

One group was given 85 grams and the other group 250 grams of mangoes daily for 16 weeks. It was later revealed that deep wrinkles on the face of women who ate less mango were also reduced.

One of the most common causes of skin aging is exposure to the sun's harmful UV rays. Mango can help reduce its side effects. The experiments were performed on rats in South Korea in 2013.
