Working on a laptop all day is a strain on your back and neck. But sitting in the same posture all the time like this often makes our shoulders difficult. That's why famous celebrity fitness trainer Anshuka Parwani tells some simple exercises to avoid shoulder pain.

Once the shoulders are tight, they are a little harder to loosen. For this reason, if you do this type of exercise for just 10 minutes every day, it helps in smooth movement of the shoulder. And we can stay away from complaints like frozen shoulder, shrugging shoulders.

This is a traditional asana and it helps to stretch all the shoulder muscles. At first this asana seems difficult, but with effort it becomes possible. If done regularly with both hands, it helps to ease the movement of the shoulders.

This is an asana that we can easily do while working or in free time. Leaning against a wall and stretching the arms and shoulders in slightly different ways can help relax the shoulders.

This is a very basic warm up exercise that can be done at home. Shoulders are prone to injury if they remain in the same position continuously. But they should have enough movement to maintain the lubrication in the shoulder.

Fold both the legs in the middle and move the legs up and down. At first, do this activity for 15 seconds and gradually increase the duration. We should practice so much that we can stay in this state for about 2 minutes.

Try to position your body like a frog. This helps in better stretching of the muscles around the shoulder and shoulders.

Just as a cat can easily roll its back up and down, so can we. This puts a strain on the arms, shoulders, back, and helps to relax the shoulders as well as the back.

This is what we call plank pose in English. Although it looks easy, it is not so easy to carry the weight of the entire body on the soles of the hands and feet. But regular practice of this asana definitely helps in shoulder exercise.
