Holi-Dhulvad-Rangpanchami are all festivals of color. This festival adds color to your life and your loved ones by easing the stress on your mind. But what if you get allergic to colors or develop skin disorders while playing with colors? Especially the delicate skin of children can be easily affected.

While buying colors, preferably choose natural, organic and safe colors for children. Only colors prepared naturally from flowers, fruits, vegetables, medicinal plants should be used for children.

Children should wear clothes that cover their entire body while going out to play. An old piece of clothing that can be discarded immediately after use should be chosen. Avoid re-using clothes stained with Holi colors as much as possible. Both arms and legs of children strike.

Wear sunglasses or goggles to protect your eyes from the colors of Holi. Holi colors can cause eye damage if they accidentally get into the eyes.

We have a lot of fun with our friends. Children can get tired while having fun. They should be kept hydrated by giving adequate amount of water to overcome their fatigue.

Choose a place where children can play safely. Colors should not be played on busy roads, busy lanes, crowded places.
