For this, first of all, heat a pan on gas and add a quarter cup of coconut milk in it and roast it on low heat. After roasting, remove the coconut milk from the pan.

Now, add a little ghee to the same pan and fry half a cup of butter.

After frying the butter, fry dry fruit pieces, which will be about half a cup, on low heat.

Finally, add a quarter cup of coriander powder to the pan and heat it a little.

After all the roasted ingredients have cooled, add sugar and cardamom powder.

Once all the ingredients are mixed well, the panjiri is ready. In some places, all these ingredients are mixed in a mixer and then blended until thick. You can make the panjiri in any way you like.
