Aryan Khan Drugs Case: Court questioned NCB on fake punchanama saying its ambiguous

The Aryan Khan drug case is been limelight for a month. After Aryan Khan's bail Achit Kumar was also granted bail by a special court in Mumbai last week, saying it could not be said that he had supplied drugs to Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant on the basis of WhatsApp chats.

The court, in its detailed order, also questioned the veracity of the Narcotics Control Bureau's Punchnama record. They also said that these panchnamas seem imaginary and ambiguous.

Special Judge V.Patil for his hearing in relation to the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act had granted bail to 22-year-old Kumar on Saturday.

The order said that it could not be said that Achit Kumar was supplying contraband to Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant on the basis of WhatsApp chat alone. Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the High Court.

Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant, who were arrested on October 3 in a cruise drugs party case, were granted bail by the Mumbai High Court on Thursday. The court, meanwhile, said there was no evidence to link the case against Kumar to any other accused.

The court has also cast doubt on the panchnama. This punchanam is rewritten later it was not created on the spot and some of the things shown under the Panchnama are ambiguous that cannot be believed.

But the NCB had claimed to have seized 2.6 grams of cannabis from Kumar's house. According to the anti-drug agency, Kumar was supplying cannabis and hashish to Aryan Khan and Merchant.
