Gold Silver Price 21 October: After MCX, gold and silver prices have skyrocketed in the bullion market today. Ahead of Diwali, the price of gold has reached a new high. The price of 24-carat gold rose by Rs 558 to Rs 77,968 per 10 grams in the bullion market today. In the bullion market, the price of silver increased by Rs 4,884 to Rs 97,167 per kg.

These rates of gold and silver have been announced by IBJA. This excludes GST and jewelry-making charges. There is a possibility of a 1000 to 2000 difference in the price of gold and silver in your city.

Today, the price of 23-carat gold rose by Rs 556 to Rs 77,756 per 10 grams. Today, the price of 22-carat gold has increased as well. Meanwhile, the price of 18-carat gold rose by Rs 418 today and opened at Rs 58,476 per 10 grams. The price of 14-carat gold has increased by Rs 326 to Rs 45,611 per 10 grams.

India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA) is a 104-year-old association. IBJA announces gold rates twice a day, i.e., in the afternoon and evening. These rates are benchmark rates for sovereign and bond issuance as per various notifications issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Reserve Bank of India. IBJA has offices in 29 states, and all of them are part of government agencies.

This year, gold has gone up by Rs 14,616 per 10 grams. According to IBJA, the price of 10 grams of gold on January 1, 2024, was Rs 63,352 excluding GST. However, silver rose from Rs 73,395 to Rs 97,167 per kg during this period. Silver has hit a high today. During this period, it has increased by Rs 23,772.
