Telangana tribal man marries two live-in partners in one ceremony

Many funny events of marriage ceremony and their videos are always coming up. Some videos go viral on social media. A strange incident has come to light from Telangana. Here a person from tribal community got married with two women.

The person was in a live-in relationship with these women for the past three years. The wedding ceremony took place on Wednesday in a village in Bhadradri Kothagudem district and was attended by a large number of guests. The special thing is that this person has one child each from both the women.

The wedding was to take place on Thursday morning. But when the news of the marriage spread everywhere, there was a storm in all the three families. Therefore, the time of marriage was changed to avoid any problem.

According to reports, M Sattibabu of Yeraboru village was in love with Swapna and Sunita from two different villages. Sunita gave birth to a boy while Swapna gave birth to a girl. There was also a fight in the family of two women over the marriage.

But Satti Babu had pacified them. He had said that he will marry both women. He had also printed a wedding card with the names of the two wives.

This wedding card went viral and some media people reached the village. So all the three families were afraid that the authorities might stop the marriage. So they decided to get married before the scheduled time.

It is said that in some tribal societies it is acceptable to marry two women at the same time. In 2021 in Adilabad district of Telangana also a person got married with two daughters of his aunt.
