MHADA Pune Announces Sale of Unsold Flats; Online Registration Begins April 10

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board has launched a new opportunity for people looking to buy homes in Pune city. Flats that remained unsold after the previous lottery for social and inclusive housing schemes will now be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Earlier, MHADA had conducted a lottery for flats under the 15% social housing scheme and 20% inclusive housing scheme. However, some of these flats remained unsold due to low demand. Now, MHADA has announced the sale of these unsold flats.

Interested buyers can begin the online application process from April 10, 2025. The next phase of the registration process will begin on April 15, 2025. The flats will be distributed to eligible applicants from the general category on a first-come, first-served basis.

To apply, interested individuals must visit the official MHADA website at https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Pune/ for more details and to complete the registration.

While the exact number of available flats has not been revealed, applicants will need to pay a deposit to confirm their flat selection. After selecting a flat, an administrative fee must be paid within 48 hours. Upon confirmation of the payment, beneficiaries will receive an online confirmation that the flat has been successfully allocated to them.
