A tragic accident occurred near Pune's RIMS School on NIBM Road around 4 AM, on 16th March Sunday, when a drunk driver lost control of his vehicle, crashing into a divider and running over a delivery man’s Suzuki Burgman. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media. 

Eyewitnesses reported that the high-speed car swerved dangerously before colliding with the divider, causing significant damage. The delivery man was not on the scooter at the time, narrowly escaping serious injury. However, his vehicle was badly crushed under the impact.

Local residents and passersby alerted the police, who arrived at the scene shortly after the accident. The driver, suspected to be heavily intoxicated, has been taken into custody for further investigation.
