Viral Video: Burqa-Clad Woman Creates Ruckus in Indian Railways AC Coach, Refuses to Show Ticket
A viral video featuring a woman passenger wearing a burqa has caused a stir in the AC coach of an Indian Railways train. The video captures a confrontation between the woman, railway staff, and police officials after she was asked to show a valid ticket while allegedly occupying another passenger's reserved seat.
In the shared video, Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel and a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) can be seen and heard requesting the woman to present her ticket. However, she refused to cooperate and even threatened another passenger during the altercation.
An RPF officer can be heard saying, "Madam, please show your ticket. This is not your berth." The woman, visibly agitated, responded, "Go ask the Prime Minister about me. I will not show my ticket!"
Tensions escalated further when another passenger tried to intervene. The woman allegedly threatened him, saying, "Tu kya kar raha hai yaha? Kaat ke daal dungi tukde-tukde, zyada bakwas karega toh!" (Translation: "What are you doing here? I’ll cut you into pieces if you talk too much!")
The commotion caused distress among fellow passengers. Despite efforts by the railway staff to calm the situation, the woman continued shouting and making threats.
As of the time this report was filed, the exact train in which the incident occurred remains unconfirmed. Indian Railways or RPF have not released an official statement regarding the matter.
