Meanwhile, Musk announced in February 2025 that its XAI chatbot Grok 3 would be free for anyone to use. In the past few days, the chatbot has triggered several political questions about Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, and other related topics.

Grok was also seen using Hindi slang while responding to the user's query. It has also used abusive languages in some replies, which has led to a warning from the Indian government. Grok has also created controversy on social media, attracting the attention of many, including a BBC report titled “Why Elon Musk's Grok is kicking up a storm in India.”

This report received a response from Elon Musk, owner of xAI, the company that designed Grok. He reacted to the controversy with a single emoji. Sharing the report, he posted a laughing-out-loud emoticon on X.
