Multiple chat  services including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook were down for quite sometime on  Friday night after suffering a major outage in India and several parts of the world. The services have now been restored fully. Some users also reported that they failed to even log in to WhatsApp Web. It is not known what has caused the outage, but many users across the world, including India and the United States, are posting about the outage on Twitter. Messages are not being delivered on WhatsApp and users were also unable to post content on Instagram.
